The Fool Tarot Mandala blank card professionally-printed on heavy 4 1/8 by 5 7/8 inches card stock with a white companion envelope. A spiritual greeting card that is blank inside.
The word mandala comes from a Sanskrit word for circle. Different mandalas mean different things and have different purposes depending upon the design and its geometry, the colors and the cultural interpretation. Most often, it is used for purposes of meditation as a point of focus. The mandala embraces the sacred order of things on a cosmic and psychic level.
Artist Lindy Longhurst's cards are bright, color, cheery and high quality. They make an excellent gift with the gift - the recipient can frame them as art. They are also just great as beautiful greeting cards. Her one-woman art shows regularly exhibit throughout Australia and Europe.
Lindy says, “Making mandalas is a spontaneous process full of surprise and wonder. It is a natural meditation from which all sorts of symbols, shapes, colors, forms, and themes unravel and combine to provide perfectly integrated and profound stories. Sometimes the themes and elements are well known but often they emerge from somewhere hidden - this combined with the here and now produces little treasures offering insight, joy and wisdom leading to further discovery and inspiration.”
