One genuine pink Peruvian Opal free-form polished pocket stone approximately measuring 1/2 inch at widest point by 3/4 inch long, weighing a tenth of an ounce. Tumbled natural stone; natural coloring.
Even though Peruvian Opal is the national stone of Peru, it is relatively rare. Pink Peruvian Opal is only mined in the Andes Mountains in Peru. It has a fantastically pure love energy. It gets its coloring from the surrounding clay. More rare are the pieces that are slightly reddish. Pink Peruvian Opal is more commonly found to be tan, gray or brown with tinges of pink. Often, this lesser grade is shipped to India or China where it is dyed. Peruvian Opal is mined alongside the copper in the copper mines. Many of the Peruvian mines have been purchased by Chinese companies because of the high price of copper, so the rough material gets shipped directly overseas.
Great Wiccan crystal. Relate to it as you would the High Priestess.
First choice for top female health, be it for ease of puberty, pregnancy, or menopause. And it's a very feminine-looking, pretty crystal. Very calming crystals.
