Phosphosiderite collar style necklace comprised of eleven bezel set pear (or teardrop) cabochons.  Also called a bib collar necklace, however, bib collar necklaces tend to have pieces that are setting platforms.  Often there is a center one that holds three of the stones and that is then flanked by two other pieces with several stones each.  These stones are individually set and connected by sterling silver jump rings.  The necklace curves due to the narrowing tops of the pear shaped stones.  It is 6 inches wide at its widest point.

The center cabochon measures 22mm wide by 36mm long.  The necklace measures 21 inches long.  It can be shortened as it is adjustable in that the toggle closure can be inserted into the other links of the chain at the top of the bib.  Solid 95 Sterling Silver setting and chain.

Phosphosiderite meaning:

Phosphosiderite is an uncommon mineral discovered in 1890 that was named for its two primary mineral components:  phosphate and iron.  The Phosphos portion of its name refers to phosphate and the Siderite portion refers to a Greek word meaning iron. from sideros,
